Thanks for checking out Instacorp - an app created for the DeveloperWeek 2021 Hackathon!

Instacorp seeks to empower individuals by providing a quick and easy way to form a business without having to print out and mail paperwork. The one-page business formation concept is so much speedier than services you may be familiar with like LegalZoom. No lengthy signup process and no fluff here!

The final version will allow you to select any state and corresponding form (whether you want to form an LLC, Assumed Name Certificate, or even a Corporation). Using the power of the Anvil Etch E-sign and PDF Filling APIs, the necessary forms will be compiled, filled, and signed. Then, using the mFax API, the completed form will then be sent to the appropriate governmental entity for filing! Instacorp will eliminate paper waste and the hassle of going to the mailbox or the post office.

For demo purposes, we have the State of Texas' Form 503 (Assumed Name Certificate) pre-selected. Please feel free to fill out the form with any sort of placeholder or false info, as it will not actually be sent to any state government in this demo version.
